Kelsey Asbille Chow has been an American actress for more than a decade. She gained notoriety with her role in the role of a Disney XD actor in the sitcom "Pair of Kings". Barbara appeared in Lifetime's Army Wives TV Series, as a guest on in ABC's George Lopez and played a regular role on Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara was a part of Neil Simon's adaptation of The Odd Couple for women and also on stage alongside Hal Linden in Love Letters. Barbara performed at The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri in the production Social Security in 2012. The production aired at Jacksonville Florida, USA during the season of summer 2014.
